Shipping Policy
When will I receive my Subsoccer Order?
We make every attempt to ship every order within 1–2 business days. However, circumstances may arise that prevent us from shipping within this time frame. On occasions, we have to verify a shipping address and will not ship the order until a response is received. We do not ship orders on weekends or most federal and religious holidays. Orders placed after 11:59 AM CST will not ship until the next business day. Shipping days and times are subject to change on holidays.
Does Subsoccer ship internationally?
We are able to ship to the USA, Canada, and Mexico. We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the US, Canada, and Mexico at this time.
Shipments to Canada may be subject to GST and other additional import fees. Subsoccer USA does not set these fees and has no way to tell what the final cost of these fees will be. Please contact your local freight carrier to help estimate additional fees required to receive delivery of your shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
Subsoccer offers a variety of shipping options to accommodate our customers. Some of these options will vary in price depending on location and shipping speed. Occasionally, Subsoccer offers free shipping inside the continental United States; this excludes any APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Also, free USA shipping may only apply to Subsoccer-branded products and may not apply to accessory items such as balls, targets, etc.

Some orders over a certain dollar value shipped to Canada may require additional payment of duties to the Canadian Government, which will be assessed by the carrier before delivery. Please check https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/import/postal-postale/dtytx-drttx-eng.html for more information.
How long does it take for my Subsoccer order to arrive?
All shipping times given are estimated, as we cannot control any delays the carrier may experience. This should be taken into consideration when ordering with a deadline in mind, especially during the holiday season.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- UPS Ground: 4–6 business days (Weekend delivery only in certain areas)
Remember that all UPS shipping options only count business days as part of their guaranteed transit time.
For example, a package shipped using UPS 2nd Day Air on Wednesday will arrive by Friday, but a package shipped this way on Thursday may not arrive until the following Monday.

For purchases of Subsoccer products in the U.S., the merchant of record is eBrands Global Oy, which is the contractual seller and responsible for processing your payment. eBrands Global Oy also collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site. The name “eBrands Global Oy” will appear on your payment statement.
